As long as the product has not been damaged in any way or was not designed specifically for you, you may return an item for exchange within 30 days from the shipment. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by all of the original packing material. You may want to insure your return; Casual Elegance cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
